The following general sales conditions are applied to all the orders of the coins, bills or other objects on sale on the website: www.ctmpnumis.fr

The client must declare being an adult and also being in full possessions of his rights.

Placing an order on our website means the acceptance of the general sales conditions, which may be modified at any time without advance notices.

Our indicated prices are in Euro and can be modified at any time before the confirmation of order without advance notices.

The SARL CTMP reserves the rights to have the possibility to cancel the order upon receipt, in case of unavailability of the product.

All the deliveries are realized with the address informed by the client while placing the order.

The expedition is made within 5 working days after receiving the payment by bank transfer or by Paypal, or within 15 working days after check cashing, if the payment is by check,

If the delivery address is in not France, the Customs fees and the possible taxes are in charge of the client.

The SARL CTMP can cancel the order if the delivery to certain geographic zone is judged too risky, or if there isn’t any reliable solution to insure the goods at the sold price during the delivery. In these cases, the SARL CTMP commits itself to paying off the already received sums.

If the client don’t receive his order, he should contact quickly with us in order that we make a complaint with the post office or the transporter. This complaint is realized only if the responsibility of the client is excluded, and thus the SARL CTMP proceeds to the refund of the order. On principal of precaution, we ask you not to accept the goods if the package is damaged or opened. The acceptance of the goods with damaged or opened package, engages the responsibility of the client and relieves the SARL CTMP of all duties.

The SARL CTMP stays the only owner of the goods until the whole payment including the transport fees is made. Once delivered, the client holds totally responsible in case of disappearance or degradation of the goods.

The SARL CTMP declines all the responsabilities if the goods don’t respect the current legislation in the destination country. The client must verify with the local authorities the possibility of importation or of usage of the goods that he has the intention of purchasing.

All the coins on sale by the SARL CTMP are garanteed authentic except opposite mention.

You have 7 days from the reception date to return to us your purchased article, and the total refund is realised once receipt, excluding the return fees and the assurance fees which is in charge of the client.

The relations between the parties are governed by the French law and the exclusive competence is settled by the French courts. In case of dispute, only the Court of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne, France) is competent.
